Originally from Tambacounda, Senegal, Chef Lamine is a distinguished culinary expert with experience in some of the country’s most renowned kitchens. His dishes are deeply inspired by his roots, reflecting the rich flavors and traditions of Senegal. 


With fluency in 10 languages, he brings a global perspective to his craft, seamlessly blending diverse culinary influences to create bold, innovative dishes. Now based in the Philadelphia area, he intends to share his expertise and passion, aiming to make a unique and lasting impact on the local dining scene.
